RBR believes all images presented either are used with permission of the person that supplied it or are wholly owned by RBR. Customer photos are supplied by customers and used in an informative, educational, transformative, editorial, comments or news use. Should an image have been supplied and posted without license, it is not the intent of RBR to use it against the wishes of the owner of the image. Upon notification by the owner of the image copyright, RBR will work to remove the image as quickly as possible. Any use of a copyrighted image is inadvertent and unintentional. In the case of fair use, a copyrighted picture can only be used for educational, personal or research purposes, or if it's beneficial to the public. The images used in the Customer Photo section are informational and convey the history of the obsolete bicycle that started the popularity of bicycles to this day. Any copyrighted images inadvertently used, are portrayed under the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, (and) is not an infringement of copyright.
