Modern Penny farthing Highwheel Bicycles
Rideable Bicycle Replicas
Builder and supplier of custom Highwheel bicycles.
If you're looking for something different and unique, you've come to the right place. RBR can supply you with anything from a classic highwheel—those spoked behemoths from a bygone era also called "Penny Farthings", or an "Ordinary"—to our one-of-a-kind custom bikes. We feature a full line of antique replica bikes, and offer original antique bikes when available.
To ride one of our antique-style bicycles is like taking a trip back to another era—to a time when things were slower, but a lot more pleasant.

A trip back to another era
The Rideable Bicycle Workshop
Since 1973, Rideable Bicycle Replicas has been turning out our spoked behemoths, using materials and techniques largely unchanged from those employed in the late nineteenth century. To ride one of our bicycles is like taking a trip back to another era, to a time when things were slower, but a lot more pleasant.
